Cancellation policy

Goods ordered and delivered correctly can be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If goods are returned incomplete, not in their original packaging, in damaged or unsaleable original packaging, or damaged, AB/AN is entitled to claim compensation from the buyer for the diminished value. The right of return does not extend to damage caused by the customer. All COVID-19 protective equipment is excluded from the right of return.
