Shipping costs

Packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.50. Orders over CHF 290.00 qualify for free shipping. Delivery costs for furniture are not a flat rate but are calculated based on actual costs.

Returns

Ordered and properly delivered goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the goods are returned incomplete, not in their original packaging, in damaged or unsaleable original packaging, or damaged, Amanda Beauty GmbH is entitled to claim compensation from the buyer for the diminished value. The right of return does not extend to damage caused by the customer.
